Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026 · Version 2026-06-29

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to EIDRIX LTD services and products, including MeteoPace and any related websites, mobile apps, APIs, web apps, and connected-device features (together, the "Services").

By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box during signup, or by otherwise clearly indicating your agreement where we ask you to accept these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with EIDRIX LTD on the version of these Terms identified at signup. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.

This is not medical advice.

MeteoPace is a consumer fitness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Exercise carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Consult your physician before following any training or pacing guidance from MeteoPace.

1. Who We Are

The Services are operated by EIDRIX LTD ("eidrix", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in England and Wales (company number 16364595), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. MeteoPace is a performance pacing and weather insight product for runners.

2. Description of Services

MeteoPace helps runners understand how weather, wind, heat, elevation, and course conditions may affect training and race execution. Features may include race weather analysis, pacing guidance, race planning, training context, activity analysis, subscriptions, race passes, and integrations with services such as Strava, Garmin Connect, and COROS.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use some Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Eligibility and Minimum Age

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. You may only create an account or use the Services if you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you must not use the Services or provide any personal data to us.

Because the Services may involve health-adjacent and fitness-related information, we apply this minimum age taking account of applicable data-protection requirements and children's privacy standards, including the ICO Age Appropriate Design Code. If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone under 16 without appropriate authority, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and close the associated account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

If you are aged 16 or 17 and the law of your country requires parental or guardian consent for you to use online services or agree to terms such as these, you confirm that you have that consent before using the Services.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

MeteoPace purchases may be completed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or web checkout providers such as RevenueCat Web Billing or Paddle where Paddle is the merchant of record.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling depends on how you paid and the company named on your receipt. App Store purchases are managed by Apple, Google Play purchases are managed by Google, and web purchases are managed through the relevant web checkout or billing provider. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing support are handled.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may connect with third-party platforms, including Strava, Garmin Connect, COROS, weather providers, mapping providers, app stores, payment processors, and analytics or support providers.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and process the data you approve for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and in the product interface. Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, API changes, data accuracy, device behavior, or decisions made by third-party providers.

7. Garmin and COROS Watch Sync

MeteoPace may allow you to connect Garmin Connect or COROS so that we can send race plans, structured workouts, planned workouts, pacing targets, split guidance, notes, and related workout information to your account or device.

You are responsible for checking that any workout, route, split plan, target, or instruction has arrived correctly and is appropriate for your race or training session before using it. Watch sync depends on third-party APIs, device compatibility, network connectivity, and provider availability. We cannot guarantee that a workout will be delivered, displayed, scheduled, updated, or executed exactly as expected on your device.

In the future, and where you authorize it, MeteoPace may also import Garmin or COROS activity logs to provide training insights, weather impact analysis, pace analysis, and related features.

8. Health, Safety, and Performance Disclaimer

MeteoPace is a consumer fitness and performance tool for runners. It is not a medical device and is not intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, injury, or medical condition. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, and the Services do not create any doctor–patient or other healthcare relationship between you and EIDRIX LTD.

EIDRIX LTD and its employees, contractors, and representatives are not medical professionals, do not hold medical licences or certifications, and do not practice medicine. MeteoPace provides information and guidance relating to running performance, pacing, training, and weather based on information you provide and data from third-party sources such as weather providers and connected fitness accounts. This information is for general fitness purposes only. It is not coaching advice from a licensed professional, emergency guidance, or a guarantee of race performance.

Physical exercise, including running and racing, carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, cardiac events, or death. You assume these risks when you train, race, or follow any guidance from the Services.

You alone are responsible for your training and pacing decisions, for assessing whether any session or plan is appropriate for you, and for stopping immediately if you feel unwell, experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any other warning sign. Consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before following any training, pacing, heat, or exercise guidance provided through MeteoPace, especially if you have any medical condition, take medication, or have not been cleared for vigorous exercise.

Weather forecasts, course data, heat estimates, pacing adjustments, and watch workouts are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your personal circumstances. You are also responsible for your own hydration, nutrition, and compliance with race rules, road rules, and local laws.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access another user's account or data, interfering with the Services, scraping or reverse engineering the Services, using the Services unlawfully, or using the Services in a way that could harm eidrix, other users, or third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, designs, data models, analysis methods, and user interfaces, are owned by EIDRIX LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

11. User Content and Connected Data

You retain rights in data you provide or authorize us to access, such as account information, race selections, routes, planned workouts, connected activity data, and preferences. You grant us a limited right to process that data to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Some features depend on third-party APIs and may change or stop working if those providers change their services, permissions, terms, or availability.

13. App Store Products

If you download MeteoPace from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a separate Apple-approved EULA applies. If you download from Google Play, your use may also be subject to Google Play terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EIDRIX LTD and its directors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EIDRIX LTD disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that weather data, pacing guidance, heat estimates, course data, or any other output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law does not permit those rights to be excluded.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about the Services, contact us at hello@eidrix.com and we will try to resolve it informally.

Where permitted by applicable law, you and EIDRIX LTD agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Rules, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding against EIDRIX LTD. This section does not apply where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence prohibits such agreement or gives you non-waivable rights, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from asking a court of competent jurisdiction for interim or injunctive relief, enforcing an arbitration award, or bringing any court proceeding that cannot lawfully be required to proceed by arbitration.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, create risk for us or others, or where required by law or a third-party provider.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal data.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version has a version identifier and last-updated date shown at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as through the Services or by email, and may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Services.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory laws that apply in your country of residence and cannot be waived by contract.

Subject to Section 16, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any court proceedings permitted under these Terms, including proceedings to enforce an arbitration award, seek interim or injunctive relief, or resolve disputes where Section 16 does not apply. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable or, if that is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or terms we expressly incorporate by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and EIDRIX LTD regarding the Services. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements relating to the Services, whether written or oral.

No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or enforcing any provision of these Terms will operate as a waiver of that or any other right or provision.

23. Contact
