How you paid matters
Most MeteoPace subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Some customers may also purchase through web checkout. The company named on your receipt and confirmation email is who processes payments and handles refunds for that purchase.
Apple App Store and Google Play
In-app subscriptions and purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings and follow Apple's or Google's policies.
If you subscribed in the MeteoPace mobile app, start with your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. MeteoPace cannot directly cancel or refund purchases billed by Apple or Google.
Web purchases
If you subscribed or purchased on the MeteoPace website or web app, check your receipt to see who processed the payment. Web purchases may be handled through Paddle or through RevenueCat Web Billing.
Web purchases where Paddle is the merchant of record
If your receipt shows Paddle as the seller or merchant of record, Paddle's rules apply to refunds, withdrawals, and cancellations for that transaction.

How to request a refund or manage a Paddle subscription
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or
- Submit a request through the support link on your receipt or your billing page, or
- Visit paddle.net and use the buyer support options (including "Request refund" where offered).
Paddle processes eligible refunds as described in Paddle's Refund Policy. Subscription cancellation is also described there and in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Web subscriptions via RevenueCat Web Billing
Some MeteoPace web purchases complete through RevenueCat Web Billing (for example checkout opened from the MeteoPace web app). Those transactions are not Paddle checkouts unless your receipt explicitly shows Paddle.
When logged in on the web app, use Manage billing (or equivalent) from your account where available to update payment or cancel renewals. For refund questions on those purchases, use the support or receipt options linked from your purchase confirmation where provided, or email support@meteopace.com with your receipt so we can point you to the correct channel.
Technical issues or access problems
If MeteoPace is not working after you paid, contact support@meteopace.com and include who billed you (per your receipt). If your receipt is from Paddle and the issue cannot be resolved, use Paddle's Refund Policy paths above for refund eligibility related to that Paddle transaction. For other billers, support will use your receipt to direct you to the correct billing or refund channel.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this page overrides statutory consumer rights or refund rules that apply where you live. Mandatory rights apply to each purchase according to the seller and laws that govern that transaction.
